EVICAM Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the EVICAM mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"), owned and operated by ZDTech LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Use of the Service

The Service allows you to capture verified media locally on your device, share it securely via chats or web links, and control access with tokens. All verified media is stored locally and only uploaded to our servers if shared. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.

• You are responsible for your content and must not share illegal, harmful, or prohibited material (see Community Guidelines).
• We may moderate content automatically or upon report to ensure compliance.
• Verified media shared publicly or with password is stored on our servers and subject to moderation.

User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account with your phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and private keys. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Token Purchases and Limits

The Service has free limits for media creation and sharing. Additional actions require tokens purchased via in-app purchases. All purchases are final and non-refundable, subject to Apple/Google policies.

• Tokens are used for extra images, videos, and web shares.
• We reserve the right to change pricing or limits with notice.

Content Moderation and Reporting

Shared content is subject to automatic moderation, administrative review, and user reporting to ensure compliance with our guidelines. We may remove or block content that violates these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content are owned by ZDTech LLC. You grant us a limited license to host and display your shared content. You retain ownership of your verified media.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you lose access to the Service, but local media remains on your device.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
